Suggest Treatment For Cold Sore On The Mouth
I have a cold sore on the corner of my mouth but it s not extremely bad so I ve been putting Carmex on the cold sore and my lips but yesterday I noticed the bottom lining of my bottom lip looked red and is burning and itching. What can be the cause of this?

Hi. Add a topical antibiotic like mupirocin twice daily along with carmex. Sometimes, cold sore is severe and take a longer to heal. There is nothing to worry about. Hope it answers your queries
