Suggest Treatment For Cold During Pregnancy

I m 36 weeks pregnant and have a really bad cold. I ve been blowing my nose, and one time when I was blowing really hard, my temple had a sharp pain. Pain has pretty much gone away now. I m guessing this isn t a huge cause for concern, but just thought I d ask.
