General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is likely that your daughter has gone through a viral infection which has caused fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.

On the other hand, because the fever is back and also she is very sleepy and has difficulty breathing it is important for her to be seen by the doctor. The doctor will evaluate if she is dehydrated or secondary infections such as lung infection or bacterial throat infection has developed.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
