Suggest Treatment For Cold And Sinus Drainage
I ve had what started out as sinus cold ?now have sinus drainage all the time makes me cough and sometimes so bad lose bowls taking Rx cough med and allergy med, + over counter any & all sinus meds I can find. this is going on 2 weeks next appt with dr on Tues

You are having sinus infection which needs to be treated properly with proper antibiotic.
Advice
1. Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 7 days
2. Cefixime 100 mg daily per oral for 7 days
3. Take rest for few days
4. Do gargle with chlorhexidine mouth wash four times daily
5. Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
6. Do not lie down immediately after meal
7. Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment, cold and spicy food
8. Avoid coffee and tea after meal
9. Consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal passage
