Suggest Treatment For Cold And Fever In A Child

my child is 5yr old now.i just want to ask the possible reason why sometimes his hands and feet are cold,..without fever..then sometimes he experience pain in his knees and feet during his first hours of sleep at night..my child is normal..i dont see anything wrong with him..he is very active..

Cold hands and feet may be as a result of environmental conditions since they are parts that are most often exposed.Painful feet and knees if only during the first hours of sleep at night may be as a result of daily activities since child very active.However, it should be investigated if symptom persist.You may just observe the child for some time and prevent him from over palying during the observation period.
