Suggest Treatment For Cluster Of Sore Spots On The Testicle
Hello I am currently in the British army and I m deployed in Iraq, on my right side of my testicle sack I have a cluster of sore spots. I think it is down to chafing because it always sticks to the inner of my groin, I m always in body and sweating out, is there anything to put on the area affected?

It could be folliculitis or eczema.
As a first line management, you can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
