Suggest Treatment For Chronic Vomiting And Headache
I worked overnight. A headache started in the early morning 5-6 am but it was mild. By the time I got home at 7:30, it was the worst headache I ve ever had, from the base of my neck (right side) to the top of my head (right side) and through my right eye. Also I was continuously vomiting my post nasal drip every 10 to 15 minutes. The pain moved from right side to left for a brief time but it was not as bad. Eventually I fell asleep. I just woke up I seem to be OK now. I have high blood pressure which I think it s controlled. nothing else
I am afraid I am not sure what your query is exactly. In the title, you seek treatment for the vomiting and headache, but afterward, you say that upon waking up now it seems to be OK.
So, in that case, I do not see the necessity of any treatment being administered if you do not have any additional symptoms.
Judging from the description, the way of onset and the improvement I do not see any indication of it being related to a brain lesion and I wouldn't recommend other steps for this isolated episode.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
