Suggest Treatment For Chronic Vertigo

Hi, have been suffering from vertigo for last 6 months and all my ent tests and MRI came back normal. My ent suggested me to keep doing Brandt daroff. Severity reduced but am not feeling completely normal, sometimes I still feel dizzy when I sleep on my right and some imbalance. Can you suggest something and I am 35 years old.

Thanks for asking HCM
I do understand your pain and concern
since all your test are normal you might be suffering from paroxysmal positional vertigo which is very common. continue doing Brandt daroff as your doctor suggested it will help you to suppress the symptoms and gradually your symptoms should subside. lack of sleep is one of the thing that leads to vertigo, therefore sleep well and most of your problem will go away. continue taking medications that has been prescribed by your doctor to control dizziness.
Thanks.
