Suggest Treatment For Chronic Right Abdominal Pain
I just had an ultrasound of my abdominal area. Nothing abnormal during the test. Although it showed an enormous amount of gas. I have had digestive problems for years. Now the discomfort, burning and pain on the lower right side of the abdomen has become cronic. Next step?

As per the information you have given you would require to undergo futher testing 10 barium meal follow thru 2) kub 3) routine urine and stool examination this will rule out the known cause of pain ,if all are within limits the the reason could be ibs or intolarence to certain food items
you can take omez and meftal spas for pain.
