I was diagnosed with chronic prostatitis with no bacteria being found in my urine as well as all stds negative, I have completed 4 weeks of bactrim and then 6 weeks of cipro and neither have had much effect in helping my symptoms. What treatment options are still available?

Hi thanks for asking question in HCM.
Here you might have chronic non bacteria prostatitis.
It may be because of previous attacks of prostatitis.
Here is some suggestion for you.
To relax the prostate muscle alpha blocker can be taken like ex.tamsulosin
To reduce prostate swelling and inflammation antiinflammatory drugs helpful like NSAIDS.
Use stool softner to avoid constipation.
Eat more fruits and healthy nutritional diet.
Warm bath is helpful.
Relaxation exercise is helpful.
For exact confirmation fluid exprssed from prostate by massage can be sent for culture.
