Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pelvic Pain

My abdomen swells up really bad.and I have constant pain in my pelvic bladder. Been cheked blood work and urine was normal.ob Dr ultrasound found small mass on left over said was blood vessels all around it size of a marble.sais recheck it in couple months to see any size change.said maybe a cyst but not sure to small and blood vessels around it.couldnt see it good enough to know for sure.could that be what causing all of my symptoms?

Regarding your abdominal bloating with pelvic pain following a diagnosed cyst I am suggesting yes this is the cause of the symptoms you are exhibiting the cyst is creating a pressure symptoms within your abdomen and your pelvis
For a proper crystal clear VIEW of the cyst you can do a
CT SCAN
ENDOSCOSCOPY
Please see your physician with the result
