Suggest Treatment For Chronic Painful Intestinal Tightness

On Tuesday moring I had a severe intestinal tightness, very painful and constant. In two hours I passed normal stools ans it has been diarhea with blood since then. It feels tight and It happened fast with no warning. I ate 2 pieces of my grandsons candy about 15-20 minutes before.

It might be GI tract infection with bleed
get CBC , Stool test ,
probiotics, pantaprazol & antibiotics like oflox will help
