Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nausea

I have had chronic nausea for over 4 years (never vomiting and no weight loss) which is now getting much worse (daily prolonged) Have had gastroscopy and colonoscopy twice. No obvious cause. Was told by Gastroenterologist that there was no obvious solution. Have had GERD for 10 years. Surely there must be many patients out there in 2016 treated successfully for this awful debilitating condition. Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

GERD is one of the common treatment of chronic nausea.

I suggest using Maloox three times a day.

I also suggest using a PPI inhibitor such as Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.

I recommend to eat a healthy diet and avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
