Hello,

You are suffering from urge to constantly urinate. High caffeine intake from drinking can cause frequent urination and can predispose people to overactive bladder. Stress and anxiety can provoke a constant urge to urinate in some people. Some patients drink abnormal amounts of fluid that causes a constant urge to urinate Limit caffeine intake, take adequate amount of fluids and water not excess. Avoid stress. Your symptoms should get controlled if not you need further evaluation.

Get clinically examined by a Urologist & get cystoscopy done to evaluate the bladder lining, urethra, urethral strictures, bladder inflammation, bladder stones, bladder cancers, etc. Urodynamic testing may be recommended to evaluate bladder detrusor muscle function, nerve function, and pressure inside the bladder. Burning with urination or incomplete emptying may be a sign of infection but may also be caused by high pressures inside the bladder, overactive bladder or bladder inflammation.

Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. If infection is detected you will be treated accordingly with antibiotics. If any other pathology is detected you will be given conservative treatment or recommended surgery if required. Uninfected sores and scabs usually clear on their own in a few days. It is suggested not to scratch or pick at the sores while they heal. Infectious causes of nasal sores are treated with antibiotics, if it is due to allergy , you can take antihistamine.

Nasal congestion is treated with decongestants. Inflammatory causes are treated with corticosteroids. Saline nasal sprays and room humidifiers, steam inhalation may help. If paranasal sinus and nasal cavity cancer is causing the sores, the treatment plan usually includes a combination of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
