Suggest Treatment For Chronic Migraine Headache

I suffer from migraine headaches, most of the actual pain is gone. I have what I can only describe as cycles of the migraine when I am unduly tired, yawning all the time. I sleep 8 hours /night so that is not the problem. I get tenseness and tingling of my scalp like the shape of a skull cap. I become light headed and dizzy too. IL have a sluggish bowel, the stool is not hard but I am not able to expel it, my body seems to have lost it s peristaltic elasticity. I also have urinary retention pre migraine and frequency post migraine. I have a leaky bladder and have seen a urologist who ordered Myrebetriq daily. Some improvement on the leakiness but still leaking especially around the migraine symptoms. Any ideas? Thanks
