Suggest Treatment For Chronic Knee Pain

i am 67 years old and i have knee pain since last two years though it is not severe at this stage, it may increase in due course. i have started taking cartigen duo since last 6 days. should i continue to take it for a longer period or only for a month or so. pl. advise

with your age it can be osteoarthritis. consult orthopedic surgeon investigation like mri knee and blood analysis.i cannot recomand cartigen duo. consult doctor and have investigation as advised.
