Suggest Treatment For Chronic Granular Pharyngitis

Doctor i am suffering from pharyngitis from past few years. Every month i am getting it again and again. Recently i had a ct scan and it showed a polup in my left maxillary sinus. But doctor said it is not the reason. He told i am having granular pharyngitis. What is the permanent solution

recurrent pharyngitis needs a proper and a long antibiotic course as per culture and sensitivity
you need to visit a Ent specialist who can evaluate you for recurrent or chronic tonsillitis and advise you accordingly
