Suggest Treatment For Chronic Foot Pain
I have chronic foot pain which is worse lately (5 or so years on and off). The pain is located on the pad of my foot between the arch and the second and third digit of my toes. It feels like I m walking on a small marble placed under the skin . I seems to be a little swollen.

for such a continuous pain have you done any investigation or x ray.
commonly uric acid level in blood also needs to be checked.Usually plantar fascitis as it is called in similar cases gets ok with a continuous hot fomentation regularly just before bed and some topical and oral analgesic anti-inflammatory and antibiotic s.
more over in present situation apart from a regular hot fomentation please get an orthopaedic consultation
