Suggest Treatment For Chronic Fatigue, insomnia And Depression

Hello there.
I am a 21 and a half year old female. i was diagnosed with fribromyalgia at the age of 15 and a half, after the onset of it being at the age of 14 and 3 months. i have had it since then. it took me and my mother several doctors and specialists to finally find someone who diagnosed me. i was hospitalised and had a whole heap of sleeping tests and physio done to find the best way to treat me all to no avail. i also suffer from chronic fatigue and insomnia which were also diagnosed at this time. the rest of my teenage and early adulthood years have been long and painful and I've been trying to find out what set it off. i started reading some articles about how chronic masturbation can lead to it and have effects such as extreme fatigue, pains etc, my breasts have never grown and my periods have always been irregular and generally quite sinful with diarrhoea or vommiting (or both). i have been a chronic masturbator from as early as i can remember, from the age of 3-4 years old and since then it has ruled my life. every day i masturbate around 3+ times, some days around 7 or 8. it is an issue i have never spoken to a physician before because i have been too embarrassed and have felt too guilty to address the issue (i have grown up in a culture where masturbation is viewed as very sinful). i have suffered from depression for years, anxiety and paranoia, and i have problems with memory loss also, forgetting simple words to forgetting completely what i did the day before. on top of these i have immense hormone imbalances, i grow thick black hair in a lot of places, my chest, my chin, jaw, sideburns and neck, even my nose, and a lot of other places. All of this lead to a downward spiral of alcohol and drug abuse since the age of 17, only in the past 6 months have i started to clean myself up. all i want is a normal lifestyle, one that isn't ruled by disease and addiction. i was wondering if someone could maybe point me in the right direction to get some help?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand. Though most of the current symptoms can be attributed to your past medical conditions, I don;t think in such a manner. Your way of thinking (obsessions) can also be major cause. If it combines with your anxiety disorder, the picture will be complete. I suggest you to kindly consult and work with a psychiatrist.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
