1. Eat a lot of fresh fuits and vegetables (especially the fruits and vegetables with edible skins) as vegetables and fruits contain abundant fibre which prevents constipation.
2. Drink atleast 12-15 glasses of water daily so that the passage of food remains hydrate and it becomes easy for food to move along the intestine.
3. Avoid ready to eat foods and baked products like bisquits, white bread etc

5. Go for a walk daily for atleast 20mins so that the movement of your gut are boosted.
