Constipation from childhood .lots more laxative already taken.Problem at the time of defecation.stool are not passing in normal way.in 2012 heammorhoidectomy & lateral sphincterotomy done .problem persist.further the same operation done in January 2015 .this time also the problem is not solved .now when the potty pressure has come then the rectum get automatically closed.if the stool is soft then also the same things happen. Gradually i am loosing my weight. What type of treatment i require.age-27,male,weight-45,name-nachiketa bhowmick.
Thank you for the concern. According to history after surgical treatment for constipation you still have the same problem. For this you have to take biofeed treatment that is you have to learn the exercise regarding relaxation of pelvis muscle at the time of urge of defecation. Start taking lukewarm water in the morning and you can also learn some yoga for constipation.
