Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cold And Cough
in year2000 my esr 256 and i had a problem of cold and cough. during that period i used to take oxygen daily at least five or six times a day. this problem was started in the year 1995 at that time the esr was 65 and some skin problem started .but by certain skin medication the skin problem resolves.i thought evrrthing got fine.but the esr goes on incresing.5years i took the medicine. every doctor gave me tuberculosis medicine but the problem does not solve. than my family doctor gave me 15days medicine and i got fine. but in the year 2012my esr again was 36and i suffered from demographism and year 2013i suffered from urticaria and now in year 2015my esr is 76 and again the same problem of cold and cough started. wat shall i do now. why does it occur again

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of chronic cough and cold almost since 15 years which seems to be due to chest infection/ chronic upper respiratory tract infection due to poor immunity of body. I would suggest you to take cough expectorants. You should take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. Apply mist humidifiers in room. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray and x-ray chest done and start treatment after proper prescription. You should get routine blood investigations done and start taking multivitamins tablets. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
