General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

If you are suffering from bronchitis or allergic rhinitis then you would require antibiotics (quinolones or macrolides or cephalosporins or amoxicillin with clavulanic acid) and bronchodilators like beta agonists (salbutamol or terbutaline),anticholinergics like ipratropium bromideor aminophylline with nebulization and steam inhalation.

Before that your treating physician may order some tests like CBC,ESR, blood electrolytes,Chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests to check the lung status.

This all above medications might have to be given for at least 7 to 10 days to resolve the symptoms.

Consult your pulmonologist for further advise.
