Suggest Treatment For Chronic Bed Wetting Problem

I am 27 year old lady. I have been bed wetting since I was a child. Sometimes, I go for about a week, without an episode, but sometimes, I do it about 7 days consecutively; and I have not gone a whole month without an episode. I am even afraid to track it for fear of what I would discover. To avoid becoming depressed or suicidal, I have utilised the weapon of denial. It has worked in keeping me sane over the years. I believe that I very few people know about it; my immediate family and a friend. However, I suspect that the truth may be a little scarier than that. Surprisingly enough, I do not have body odour. Recently, my elder brother who is a medical doctor placed me on an anti diuretic drug (at least that is what I think he called it); Ditropan. I haven t been using it regularly because I have a natural abhorrence for drugs of any kind, but the weeks that I actually tried to use it, the bed wetting did not get any better; it only made my throat smaller and drier. I am engaged to be married later this year and I am so confused and tired and can t even begin to imagine the problems that await me once I am married. I actually seriously don t mind dying at all, it would just mean an end to the whole thing (I am not suicidal in anyway btw; surprisingly, I am actually quite sane). Please help!!! PS: I have had to change my sleep patterns in such a way that I sleep less at night, however, this is hard to keep up since I have a day job and don t usually get home till late.
