Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a diagnosis, and in search of a doctor to prescribe, but only the pain medication, may not help you.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically.mefanamic acid, paracetamol when ever necessary.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till the pains are completely cleared.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
