Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain On Right Side
Hello, I am a 40yr old female with chronic back pain on my right side only. I have had this pain for more than 6months and most recently it has casued me to double over in pain for 30sec then goes away. The pain no longer goes away and has become more and more difficult to deal with

Most of the back pain. Are not associated with any specific cause.. My advice is rest and pain killers for 1 week and spinal exercises under physiotherapist guidance. Still pain persist then Orthopaedic evaluation and investication.
