Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
I read carefully all your father concerns and I can say as follows:

1. You are reporting that he has a 14 mm calculi in gallbladder.
If I were his treating doctor I would recommend to remove gallbladder by Laparoscopy.
After he will finish antibiotics for 6 days he should consult surgeon for Laparoscopic gallbladder remove.

I strongly suggest that he should be operated because calculi more than 5mm in diameter can not be treated by drugs.

2. With regards to fatty liver there is nothing to be worried. For the moment I would suggest to change lifestyle like:
- avoid fatty and sugar foods
- use fresh fruits and vegetables
- use sylimarine and vit E
- increase physical activity

Hope it was helpful to you!
