Suggest Treatment For Chlamydia Infection

hi, i was tested and it was positive for clamidia so my boyfriend and i got treated. I got tested 4 mths after and it was negative. So the following yr i got a check up and was told i have clamidia again. so i got treated again. My boyfriend showed up negative. I didnt have any other sexual relationships. I also don't have a spleen. I don't understand how this can happen. The nurse told me that i must have gotten it again but theirs no way i could have.
