Hello,

The symptoms that you have mentioned-chills, fever are more likely related to viral infection and that was making the swelling around eyes.

The fever subsided after taking Calpol but without knowing and treating the exact cause for the symptoms, you won’t get relief.

The main complaint you had initially was a vaginal infection, that needs appropriate treatment.

As you said there is no itching or pain during urination, so it's likely not related to the urinary tract. The vaginal discharge is because of the underlying infection.

You should not wait to get it better on its own, I suggest you visit a gynaecologist and get it checked.

After careful examination and history, your doctor will confirm what exactly the infection causing agent is and she will suggest you the best treatment option as the appropriate dosage of antibiotics is very important.

The itching and pain will go away once you start the treatment and complete it.

One more thing, maintaining hygiene is very important to keep yourself away from infections.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
