Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You stop naproxen. Start tab Pantoprazole. Also avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Also what kind of chest pain it is, does it occur on exertion or at rest only, does it increase on pressure, or any particular site. Get back with some information and if doesn't respond in one week then you will need some test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
