Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

hi i am satender singh smoke since five years and i also feel some pain in my chest and roblem in breathing from five years so rectly i diagnoside histopathology test in which it found cell block shows reactive lymphid tissue reactive lymphadentis and doctor suggest me tuberculos is traetment but in my report it shows no tuberculos is bacteria found

I can understand your concern.
At present no need to take anti tubercular drugs because your report is not showing tubercular infection.
Report is showing reactive lymphadenitis. It is seen in bacterial infection. So in my opinion, you should take broad spectrum antibiotic at present.
Wait for atleast 10-15 days.
If swelling is decreasing then no need to worry for tuberculosis.
But if swelling persists or increase in size or becomes painful then possibility of tuberculosis is high. And for confirmation, you need to get done excision biopsy and histopathological examination. This will be 100% diagnostic.
So at present, don't worry about tuberculosis. Start broad spectrum antibiotic.
