Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Having Second-degree AV Block

I had a squeezing chest pain last Sunday night and was admitted to the hospital. My Troponin levels all day and night were below .02. My EKG showed inverted T-Waves with pacing from my pacemaker. I have type II Second Degree Heart Block. I have a stress test scheduled for Monday. Since being discharged from the hospital last Monday I have had intermittent pain in my Left Shoulder and back and chest pain with occasional nausea. Is this something I should check back into the hospital for or can I wait until my nuclear stress test on Monday.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this the finding of inverted T waves in EKG with associate reading indicative of IHD then better to get done angiography or at least stress test need to be done, hope this information helps.
