Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Coughing Or Sneezing
I severely choked 2 days ago, never lost consciousness or anything but I did have severe chest pain while I was choking as well. I still get that same severe chest pain that starts at my sternum and radiates out and also some pain in between my shoulder blades at the same time, all of this only happens when I cough or sneeze. Is this serious or maybe just a muscle strain?

Your pain has a mechanical origin as you put it.Just avoid things that can make you choke again, get little sips of water, and take a pain medication like ibuprofen if the pain doesn't subside.
