Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain When Suffering From TB

I am suffering from t.b. a tumer found in stomach starting size is 43¤47 mm and i take daily r cinex 600,benadon 40, combutal1000mg,p zide 2000 mg ,pantocied dsr for last 5 month and ct scan and tumer size is 19¤07 mm. Sometimmes Pain in my chest . What can i do ?

it seems it is a lymphnode mass you are talking about and what exactly i understood is you are suffering from abdominal / mesenteic lymphnode tuberculosis .
you are already taking medications which are enough upto my knowledge.
pain in chest can be due to gastritis , peptic ulcer , or any lung pathology
as treatment is adequate u just need to wait .
if pain in chest is severe u can take an analgesic after consulting a pulmonologist, he can request for a chest xray and rule out other causes .
