Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain , Nausea And Dizziness

Yesterday I had severe pain on the left side of my chest under the breast. I felt dizzy and nauseous. It lasted for three or four minutes. Both of my parents had heart disease, my older brother died of a massive heart attack at the age of 46 and my younger brother recently died of complication of multiple sclerosis but had a stint put in a couple of months before he passed (the Cardiologist called it the widow maker). I feel there has been so much heart disease in my family that I wonder how much genetics plays and if this episode could have been heart related.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should definitely rule out heart diseases in your case because your all symptoms are suggestive of cardiac origin and you are having strong family history of heart diseases.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2d echo
4. Stress test (trade mill test).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes acute gastritis can also cause nausea, chest pain and dizziness.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take pantoprazole tablet orally on empty stomach.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But better to first rule out heart diseases.
