Suggest treatment for chest pain and pain in the armpit

I ve had chest pain which is very sore to the touch and it travels right up under my armpits, if I try to cough or sneeze it s very painful ,also lying down and trying to sit back up is very painful ,I feel like everything I attempt to do takes ages and it s slowing me down , I ve had this for more than a year and the pain never leaves me.

You will require a detailed evaluation for the same like a chest x ray and a ECG to look for any abnormalities . Donot neglect these symptoms.
