All my test reports including ecg tmt echo blood pressure are normal but I am having mild pain around heart particularly on upper left side of heart for the last one year, I consulted my doctor who said that as a precautionary measure you can take one tablet of Ecospirin AV 75/10 daily to prevent a probable stroke. Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. As all the reports are normal, it is possibly due to gastritis with associated gastro esophageal reflux disease.
2. For GERD, you can take proton pump inhibitor along with anti-emetic like domperidone. This will increase the lower esophageal sphincter reducing reflux.
3. Also avoid spicy or sour food and lying down immediately after food. You can take anatacids or cold milk for severe pain. Take multiple small meals.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
