Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain After An Accident

Hi
I have CAR accident in last week Friday and I am the From seat passenger in that CAR. After accident I had pain in Chest on right side and now still I am having pain there and some more pain started near to breast left side area.

After accident I am immediately checked my Blood pressure and its normal (72/120) that time as per Doctor and they told me that you will get some more pain for next 2-3 days so I not went to ER.

please give me your view

most likely,it seems like a contusion of the chestwall.it will subside with analgesic tablets.if not subsiding with 3 days of starting analgesics,you will need to see a doctor to check your air entry and for an xray.hope you got what you need.
