Suggest Treatment For Chest Inflammation And Gynecomastia

hi doctors i am a healthy 19yr old indian male... 165cm 67 kg my chest has inflammated...some say it is gynecomastia...i am too shy to consult a doctor....it first started at the age of 14....pls suggest what i should do n i live in bangalore....suggest a few doctors n hospitals where i can refer this problem....sorry i am too embarassed to reveal my name

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for this.
Gynecomastia is basically a hormonal disease.
Most common cause for this is hormonal imbalance (more of estrogen and less of testosterone).
So in my opinion, you should definitely consult endocrinologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels to rule out hormonal imbalance.
If imbalance is there then you have to take hormone therapy to balance them.
In Banglore consult Columbia Asia hospital. It is having good endocrine department.
Don't feel shy. This is treatable.
