Suggest Treatment For Chest And Upper Back Pain

Hi, I started having chest pains and upper back pains about 3 weeks ago, which felt like pulled muscles. Then I started blowing my nose, and I had green colored snots which then turned into blood that same night, and I had a temperature of a consistent 99 degrees. I also had a sore throat, and on the right side of my throat it felt like I had a lump and it hurt to swallow. I have also been very tired. Well, the sore throat went away within a day, and the blood when I blew my nose went away, although still green, and now I have a cough that is worse when I am going to sleep and when I wake up. It does hurt to lay down, but I deal with it and go to sleep. My chest still hurts along with the upper part of my back, and again it feels like muscles. I put icy hot on and normally this does work for me when I have sore muscles, but for this it didn t do a thing. What could be the issue here? Thanks, Christine

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, over all given symptoms could be due to allergic condition may be viral infection this is one condition and for chest pain and upper back pain it could be due to hyperacidity and muscular spasm, I would suggest Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, drink more water, try some hot drinks and Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine can be tried once in day, hope this information helps.
