Suggest Treatment For Chest And Back Pain

Okay, I have been experiencing chest pain, pain in back, & neck...the chest pain is mainly here when I take a deep breath, laugh or cough...how ever I have not coughed up anything out of the ordinary, I have been to the hospital several times & they ran x-rays every time & found nothing, they ran an EKG & nothing was wrong...but I know something is up, this pain isnt normal...please help.

I have gone through your query. You can also take a treadmill ecg to exclude cardiac cause definitely. It can be due GERD and esophagitis.Taking proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole for long term will be helpful. If that is not helping then consult a gastroenterologist and you might have to undergo fibrogastroduodenoscopy to know the exact cause.
