Suggest Treatment For Chemical Burn To Eye From Hydrogen Peroxide

How do I treat damage from a chemical burn to the eye from the hydrogen peroxide from Clear Care. It damaged part of the cornea (not directly in front of the lens thank goodness) and the white of my eye. I have seen an eye doctor and will go back but I m recovering slower than she though and still in lots of pain from light and wind. I am using the antibiotic and soothing eye ointment she prescribed. Is there anything else I can try right now? I m 54, female, 5 7 and fairly trim. No major illnesses or eye problems except glasses to report.

since it a corrosive it will causeeroson of cornea.Repeated washing with clean water is the first action Tobe done. eye doctor should examine and asses the damage to cornea.Photo phobia will be due to corneal erosion. avoid direct light and use dark glass in day time. Till it is not infected antibiotic drop is not required. Artificial tear eye drop may be applied 3timesdaily. Daily follow up may be done by eye doctor.
