hi,

i m anil from india,my inside cheek cut during the eating and by mistake i removed the new skin inside cheek, then i m facing to speaking & gum & headache problem from eight month,i have gone to ent & teeth & oral & maxillifacial doctor but they have not solved my problem,please give me suggestion,what should do me.....

The pain and difficulty in speaking can be because of the traumatic injury that might have resulted in ulcer. Nothing to worry, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of topical analgesic like choline salicylate and topical anesthetic like lignocaine. Do saline gargling.
