Suggest Treatment For Chapped Lips, Dry Mouth And Mouth Sores

Hi I have very chapped lips and very dry mouth and sores in my mouth. I had a allergic reaction to an antibiotic for a ear infection on lobe it was mursa then broke out a rash around my nose and lips were swollen. then went on another antibiotic and the rash went away but my mouth and lips are very dry and hurt

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems the the symptoms of dry mouth,dry chapped lips and sores in mouth that seems to be due to allergic reaction to antibiotic and as you are still having Dry mouth and chapped lips you can apply a thick coat of Petroleum jelly over the lips as it helps on lubrication and locking moisture..
For Dry mouth up can chew sugar free chewing gum as it helps in stimulating saliva flow..
You can drink plenty of water..
Gargle with specialized mouthwash suitable for Dry mouth like Biotene..
In case if pain is present in sores you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take Multivitamin supplements..
