Dear patient
only relationship between cervical spondylitis and hypertension is that both occur in elderly. treatment for both is different. for cervical spondylisis physiotherapy and medications is usually prescribed. Short wave diathermy, neck muscle strengthening and neck range of motion exercise are done by physiotherapist. For pain relief tab ibuprofen 4oo mg thrice a day is usually needed. for hypertension please continue your medications and regular check ups with treating physis is advisable.
