General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As you must be already familiar with the fact that the severe painful episodes of the radiculopathy respond better to assisted physiotherapy and pulsed laser pain management.

In refractory cases, one may have to discuss the scope of stereotactic surgery to control the causative pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
