Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Vascular Disease

Hi, I have cerebral vascular disease. I am going to heart surgery to replace my mitral valve. All my veins are clear including the veins in my neck. I was a smoker. Since my veins don t have plaque build up why do I have too much white matter. Also what is the treatment plan for cerebral vascular diease,

Which type of cerebrovascular disease are you having?? infraction or bleed or cerebral atrophy etc.
Please post the your MRI scan reports and get treated accordingly.
Multiple stroke or infractions or dementia may can cause white matter Decrease in size and lead to cognitive and behavioral problems.
You may need to control blood pressure and blood sugar levels, avoid smoking and alcohol drinks.
Use omega three fatty acids, eat green leafy vegetables plenty.
Use anti platelet and hypolipidemic drugs under your doctor guidance.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine treat you accordingly.
