Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Palsy And Arthrogryposis

Hello. My daughter has cerebral palsy and arthrogryposis. Her shoulders are very tight. Her skin at her armpit has got 3 gashes. I'm assuming it's because there isn't a lot of skin slack. What could be done to prevent this from happening again? I keep aquaphor on it, but that didn't stop it from going from a really rough patch of skin to 3 big gashes.
