Suggest Treatment For Celiac

hi. I have celiac and have been eating my usual foods. the only new item I ve had in the last 3 days is arrowroot starch. I stay away from all grains and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. since yesterday I have had abdominal cramping with runny diarrhea, bloating and weight gain of 3lbs. I can t figure out how to treat my symptoms can u help me?

Noted you are known case of gluten hypersensitivity that is called celiac disease...

Here gluten containing diet avoided like rye, wheat , barley etc...
As you have diarrhea maintain hydration...
Continue using more fruits ..
You are complaining bloating also...
For that more water taken and regular exercise ....
Get your stool examined for parasite ...
If positive then treated accordingly....

If diarrhea not improving then it might be bacterial gastroenteritis ..For which antibiotic given..

If cramps more dicyclomine can be given..

With keeping this in mind consult gastroenterologist for examination and accordingly work up.
