Suggest Treatment For Celiac Disease

Hello, I am keeping my three granddaughters for the weekend. Two of them have celiac disease and I have really tried to keep them on track. this morning I made what I thought was gluten free bisquick pancakes for them. It was not!!!!! What should I do and what is going to happen to them???? thank you so much! sherry ellis

Hi,

If these are the known case of celiac disease, well treated and cured then it is nothing to worry even if they were given gluten diet.

If the disease is untreated and given gluten diet for just a couple of time then it is okay, that may not be harmful to them but care needs to be taken for next.
